I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, but I will for sure rank this as number one due to the hospitality and customer service of all the receptionists. It is right by the pier and the view is beautiful. They were extremely helpful in helping me find a Taxi multiple times, I left my passport and wallet there because I love to stay in the Asian side, they contacted me right away and held it until I could get it back four days later with everything intact. They went above and beyond on their customer service. It is a small hotel but with such a huge heart. I am beyond grateful for being able to meet such great people on my first few days in Istanbul. Thank you so much.
