Excellent hotel, food, customer service and staff! This is one of our best hotel experiences globally. The people here are really focused on providing the best experience. I didn't expect it to be this good and have gone out of my way to write this review because of this. Well done to the hotel and its staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay – 10/10 in Every Aspect!
I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Momento Golden Horn in Istanbul. Everything about my stay was excellent, from the warm welcome to the outstanding hospitality and generosity of the staff. I would genuinely rate this hotel 10/10 in every aspect.
What made my experience truly special was the exceptional kindness shown by the hotel team. When I arrived at the hotel late at night on my first day, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary plate of fresh fruit provided as a welcoming gesture. This thoughtful touch made me feel appreciated and welcomed after a long day of traveling.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel management for generously providing me with complimentary breakfast for one day. These gestures reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and its genuine care for its guests.
My special thanks go to Mr. Sedat Aydin and the hotel manager for their fantastic hospitality, warm welcome, kindness, and generosity throughout my experience. Their professionalism and attention to guests truly made a difference and left me with a very positive impression of the hotel.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Momento Golden Horn to anyone visiting Istanbul. The hospitality, welcoming atmosphere, thoughtful gestures, and excellent service made my stay memorable. It is always a pleasure to encounter people who go above and beyond to make their guests feel valued.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I sincerely appreciate your generosity and outstanding hospitality, and I would be delighted to stay with you again on my next visit to Istanbul!

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. Stunning view from the restaurant.
Our room was classed as a triple room but it was really small. It was on a busy road that was not attractive. There was no balcony although it was supposed to have one. It was really disappointing. Glad we only stayed one night
