Where to start! When we checked in to the room we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade that was given to us by Eren at check in. The room was beyond our expectations with a breathtaking view. The whole service, from check in to check out everyone makes sure you have a premium experience. Breakfast is very comprehensive with many choices and very well presented. The Turkish bath is a must try! We were taken care by therapists Nadide and Warsini and it was amazing.

Breakfast was great, facilities outside the room modern and clean.
Reception staff not as friendly as you’d expect for a hotel. Felt very dry and like we were being upsold external activities. Rooms require some updating, photos look great but in person felt its age.
