The location was awesome At the Galataport.
Only minor things that come down to personal preference, such as the pillows being a bit too thick for my neck. Nothing significant.

We had a wonderful stay at Wings Hotel Karaköy and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The location is fantastic — close to the waterfront, great restaurants and rooftop bars, and walking distance of landmarks like Galata Tower, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, while the rooftop restaurant has incredible views over Istanbul and is a real highlight.
Most of all, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive!

The location, large and comfortable room, amazing breakfast with a view, kind and helpful staff. Special thanks to Yunus and Emin. Room cleaning was spotless.
No alcohol is served in the hotel. Our trash bin was broken we signaled it but it hasn't been replaced during our stay. These are minor issues, the hotel is fabulous.

The location
It was falsely advertised as a junior suite, it is actually a deluxe suite with a bath, charged at a ridiculously inflated price. Also there is NO alcohol allowed because it is next to a mosque. This is not advised on the website or on the booking.com ad. The breakfast was very limited and cold by the time it was cooked elsewhere and delivered.
