Calpe is a lovely place and the villa is in a great position but needs an upgrade

The villa is in a good spot , the outdoor space is good .

The villa has poor quality fittings though out , poor kitchen and the electric is not up to date , with breakers failing all the time , the pool tiles are broken and I’ve reported that my grand daughter has gashed her foot on the last day on the pool steps, the tiles in the garden are very slippery when wet & the pool pump house door is broken , does not lock or close and is very dangerous for children .

The villa is in a good spot , the outdoor space is good .
