Location very close to coliseum clean and quiet
Air conditioning did not work as it should. It was very difficult to get into due to the code being quoted incorrectly on the booking info it needs to state ## not ** quite stressful following a delayed flight arrival

The room was confortable and well decorated. The location was perfect.
Unfortunately, the AC in our room did not cool properly, and the room remained extremely warm throughout our entire stay. We had a very difficult time sleeping because of the heat. After the second night, we asked if they could provide us with fans, and they brought us two new fans, which helped a little, but the room was still very uncomfortable.
We spent our days walking around the city in extremely hot weather, so we looked forward to coming back to the room to cool down, relax, and rest. Unfortunately, the room felt almost as hot as it was outside, which made it very difficult to enjoy our time there.
We also only had internet access on the first day of our stay. For the following three days, we had no internet. We were told that the internet company was doing work on the street and that there was nothing they could do about it. However, on our last day, my husband contacted the host and explained that we really needed internet access because he had some work to do. Strangely, the internet started working again almost immediately after that message, which made us question whether the issue was actually related to work being done on the street.
Overall, the lack of proper air conditioning and reliable internet made our stay much less comfortable than we expected.
