L'emplacement de lhôtel est bien. La cantin est pratique, lumineux, propre. Un bon accueil dans l'ensemble.
Le contact du personnel très ouvert, respectueux, gentilles. Les renseignements très prappréciés, la présence à l’acceuil est bien assurée.

Le personnel a rendu notre séjour incroyable ! Le petit-déjeuner était également délicieux. Nous avons aussi profité d’une journée hammam, massage, piscine et épilation, qui a été particulièrement relaxante. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Rym, l’esthéticienne, qui a été absolument adorable, attentionnée et professionnelle. Un grand merci également au chef du petit-déjeuner ainsi qu’au serveur, qui ont été très gentils et aux petits soins avec nous. Leur accueil et leur gentillesse ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Le confort des oreillers et des matelas pourrait être amélioré. La climatisation était assez bruyante et le vis-à-vis dans les chambres était également un peu gênant.

It was clean and comfortable
Shower was awful. Safe didn’t work. Air condition did not not work. The swimming pool was unclean.
