The room was spacious, very good AC, good shower with hot water and good amenities in the room including a hairdryer, safe, kettle (with tea bags) and fridge. Bathrobes and slippers also provided. Bottle of water in room on arrival. Breakfast was ok, selection of savoury options could’ve been better but there was a an egg station which was good. Walking distance to the medina and Avenue Habib Bourguiba (15-18 mins). Staff were very helpful and friendly. You can also change money here if needed.
The surrounding area near the property is a bit run down and not the best. The cleanliness in the room was fine but could’ve been better in the breakfast area. The place mats were dirty/stained. It would be better to just remove them if they are not cleaned properly. It is not great to see stained place mats where you are about to eat. Some of the food at breakfast that was meant to be hot was cold. No toiletries provided except for soap in a soap dispenser.

The hotel is very new and clean .the restaurant staffs are very friendly.
Very bad experience to stay at the hotel.
1. By a taxi from the hotel to airport , if you book a taxi by yourself , 22.5 DT
2. Ask the reception girl to book a taxi for you. Double money , 50DT .
It is my first time to be cheated by a 4 star hotel reception girl . Also her attitude is bad . My friend told me his car by taxi meter is 22.5 DT , but we don’t know this , we trust the hotel , she told us50 DT and book 2 taxis for us .
We always be cheated by taxi drivers , but first time to be cheated by reception girl .
