We chose the hotel based on proximity in between the airport and Medina for a one night stay. It did the job and was a cheap hotel room, comfortable and clean but I wouldn't recommend the hotel particularly.
The neighborhood was very run down and scrappy, the rooms were noisy at night (lots of noise from outside- dogs, traffic etc). The breakfast was pretty poor.
