Most of the staff were friendly and helpful - they made sure we knew when drinking water was available due to a water shortage in the city. The room was decent.
There was a lot of smoking in the lobby area by staff and in the hallway/rooms by guests. As a person who is highly allergic to cigarettes this was not good for me and I ended up sick. I thought the facility was non-smoking - however I don't think that exists in Tunis.

The room was very clean and quiet and, from the 6th floor, had a good view with plenty of light. I was very happy with the room. I also loved the artwork in the foyer and on each level.
Everything was fine. The breakfast is pretty basic, but ok. Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
