Business Hotel

From the moment we arrived until our last day, everything was excellent. The reception team was very helpful and welcoming Mohamed at the reception was especially helpful and gave us great recommendations and useful advice during our stay. We also had a very positive experience with everyone in the breakfast area, rooftop, and other hotel services The breakfast was complete, fresh, high-quality, and had a good variety of options. We also really enjoyed the rooftop events in the evenings, which added a nice atmosphere to our stay Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also large and very clean. The shower had strong water pressure, and we had no problems with hot or cold water. Room service and housekeeping were excellent as well. The lady who took care of our room was particularly kind, friendly, and always welcoming Having parking available was also a great advantage for us

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. We arrived very late at night with our young children, and the team made sure our check-in was incredibly quick and efficient so we could get to our room without any delay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference after a long journey. A special thank you to Manaa at reception. He was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, considerate, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even arranged for an electrical adaptor in the middle of the night so we could charge our phones. His professionalism and hospitality are outstanding—he is truly a master of his trade and a real credit to the hotel. The room was excellent: spacious, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds that ensured we all had a great night’s sleep. Early the next morning, the hotel delivered an excellent breakfast to our room right on time, which was perfect for our early departure. They also arranged transport to the airport at a very reasonable price, making our journey completely stress-free. The location is another major advantage—only around 10 minutes from both Tunis Airport and the city centre, making it ideal whether you’re travelling for business or with family. Thank you to everyone at Business Hotel for your exceptional hospitality. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would not hesitate to return. From the website and the reviews this seemed like a good option. Everything was fine, the staff were great, very helpful, friendly. The breakfast was very good.

I have been trying to find a good hotel in Tunis that I could use every time. I was hoping this might be the one. But not for me. The room was too small. I felt so cramped. The bathroom was tiny. To close the door of the bathroom, I needed to step into the shower recess to close the door. My suggestion, no door at all or a sliding door would alleviate the major problem. I couldn't fault the hotel except for the tiny room and the very tiny bathroom. So my hunt for ah hotel in Tunis that suits my needs, still continues
