Nearby to Tunis centre, in scorching heat and while learning Tunis, it was a great homebase location.
No shampoo or shower gel in bathroom
No plate or bowl in kitchen
No cutlery in kitchen either, but seems like a cultural norm here.

All problems were fixed rather quickly when notified. Position of the place was great - close to all points to interest
First night I found a half dead cockroach in my room. Second night, there was a live one going around the room.
The toilet was not clean and the AC did not work on the first day.
The shower floods the entire bathroom, and the water drains really slowly.
Most problems were fixed but it was really difficult for the staff to understand - and I speak both English and French
