The property was lovely! Nice and clean! Very good location not too far from the shops/takeaways/arcades/pubs. Bus stop right outside if you’d like to venture into Skegness or Ingoldmells. Nice and spacious aswell! Comes with a lovely kitchen, one big living room and a room with a double which is so spacious!, then the 2 singles bedroom.
The only thing I recon could be done is a better mattress for the double, we ended up having to put the blanket underneath the fitted sheets to just try thicken it up to not feel the springs that is legit the only thing I can really say other than that it’s perfect!

We wernt keen on location as it was on corner plot and very noisy
Cleaners didnt clean van .it was filthy down side of cooker and fridge..table was marked with dirty cloth as was microwave...didnt look hoovered... wifi didnt work...toilet seat broke....needs a good sort out..shame as its nice van...
