The best hotel in experience I have ever had!

Room, location, view of the emerald coast, amenities, value, staff- everything was perfect!

I wish there had been a deeper end to their pool, but that is just a person preference.

Location was ok.

Breakfast was good. Love the complimentary breakfast and umbrellas

Hotel room was not clean(this includes bathroom and the headboards) which were obviously not cleaned. The sponge in the kitchenette sink was a used one.

On site dining, proximity to pier park, walking distance to everything

Last time we stayed the pool was a bit warmer. It was still very nice.

Had a great breakfast that was free very good and attentive staff !! Great restaurant nice pool and hot tub !! And you get two beach chairs and umbrella with room rental !!

Aside from the weather, which isn't the hotels fault, the weekend was perfect

Location was perfect, beach was great. Staff, for the most part was very friendly with the exception of one desk girl who was a bit rude to us when we bought snacks.

Amazing

Loved it, the location, the staff is absolutely amazing. The food is slightly inconsistent but overall good. I got terrible inedible fish tacos and a stale blondie

The hot tub was barely warm one of the nights

Beautiful location and great value !

The location and room were so great here. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. We ate there more frequently than we expected because the dishes were great!

When we first checked in the front staff didn’t give clear directions on how to use the luggage carts. I had a pregnant friend who was as so frustrated and help wasn’t offered until after they noticed she was expecting.

Great location and cleanliness. Really liked the amenities!

Across the street parking and having to watch for traffic. An overhead pass that crosses the street would make this property a 10! The parking deck is a little scary when it’s dark.

Nice hotel, great location

the breakfast was good. I like the fact that there was a variety of different things to choose from and it wasn't the same thing every day

There were so many guest there with dogs. I understand the love people have for their pets but, not everyone likes dogs. The floor I stayed on had dogs barking all the time and I also ran into a few people who dogs seemed to be aggressive toward strangers. One tried to leap toward us and growled and barked loudly at my husband an I as we were walking to the elevators. This is an extremely nice hotel and we asked the front desk if animals were allowed on every floor and we were told yes. I think this should be changed. As a guest spending money I should be able to enjoy a floor without animals

Best stay in pcb we've ever had

The room was comfortable and spotless. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The view was unbeatable

Good property but SCAMMY management team

Clean room and amenities, good breakfast in the same tier, free parking, and good access to beach

They will charge you resort fees even if on booking.com there’s no resort fees mentioned but be prepared for the surprise and it’s not cheap. They also tried to bamboozle me by double charging my resort fees let alone this surprise—I only stayed one night and they charged me for two. I had to confront the manager for an hour of unpleasant conversation to get the extra night resort fee waived. The management’s attitude and hospitality is just simply a joke to the Hyatt brand 🤡 so choose wisely if you don’t want to get scammed

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly service and many amenities!

The hotel and facilities are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. The staff was all smiley and friendly. Breakfast was great! A truly lovely stay for us!

Nothing just wish we would have paid for the ocean view room. 🙄

Good location, quiet room, would come back again.

Good location for breakfast, clean, everything was kept picked up and clean during breakfast service.

I didn’t care for the focus on all the food items either being gluten or dairy free products.

We had a great time! Can’t wait to go back!

It was clean, the staff was great! The pool is big and heated warm enough to swim on a January night. Lots of things to do in walking distance.

If I had to say anything that I didn’t like might be the parking. It is across the street not far but not convenient.

we come back to PCB every January to celebrate being Cancer-free..

I am all about cleanliness...you can tell when a facility is kept very clean.

we came here off season for some relaxation so we really don't have anything to complain about.

I was not impressed and was left with a poor opinion of the Hyatt Brand.

Breakfast was fare nothings special. scrambled eggs and sausage, other than that just your basic everyday hotel breakfast. It was clean and well kept. not worth the $25.00 resort fee they add on your bill every day.

I made reservations for a one bedroom suite, it was roomy but very sparse and plain. Nothing special about the room, the sofa had a lot of ware on it, no local info in the room not even a channel guide for the TV, I will not stay at this Hotel again.

This hotel provided excellent service for a very affordable rate.

Everything!!! It was very clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was delightful, and the views were breathtaking. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I wish there was a sky bridge connecting the garage to the hotel.

ALMOST Paradise!

Hotel was beautiful... absolutely immaculate❣️ Room was well appointed and exceptionally comfortable. View from balcony was heavenly🤩🤩

Did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the room and did not like the fact that we encountered so many dogs on our floor and some were quite aggressive. I'm an animal lover, but I'm also a germaphobe, and dogs in the beds, on the furniture, YUCK😰🤮 IF a hotel is pet friendly, pets should be confined to certain floors and guests should be warned if dogs are on their floor so they can have the option to be moved to another floor😠
