The palapas where $60 per day! We felt that was just a bit expensive. It should’ve been included with the stay

The beach is great and the water is clean
The staff especially the person we checked in with wasn’t helpful; it is a 5 star hotel but doesn’t seem like it … we had to pay for chair and umbrella at the beach whereas it’s normally included for five star hotels… it was more expensive than the service we received… I would rate this as a 4 or 3 star hotel and not a 5 star…
