BREAKFAST TEAM WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL !
Food and coffee and juice were very good.
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were exceptional!
And we love the clear water of this beach even thought we only had 4 days of sunny weather .
We had a trouble check in for the right room with the trainer man whom no name tag at front desk. then my husband load the cart to the wrong room wrong floor. i had to go down elevator show to him the room we book . in stead of check again . with a attitude no apology He just pass the issue to other .
Leaf a bag of new thermal and thermal cups under sink cabinet in room . call back no footage found.
The madness of the guests! some of them approach me with annoying .not sure what the real factor. feeling more triggering by internal worker.as i pass by some of them . they show apology to me. But things keep happen.

Its proximity to the beach. It was well staffed, nice hot breakfast good selection. The atmosphere. Comfortable bed.
I know the weather got in the way but, clean the outer windows especially in the dining area so we could enjoy the view better

Lobby area and breakfast was okay!
Booking picture showed beach view but room was on opposite side and view was of road with a very dirty window.
First night we kept having trouble with TV.
2nd day we didn't have hot water!
