Passable

the hot spring was nice. the people were friendly and helpful even though communication was very difficult. they could not speak english. communication went through google translator. the air conditioning in the room was good.

For the price we paid I expected more. The whole building was hot and very stuffy. CERTAINLY not pleasant. You sweat very quickly. The room was also not very clean, quite a bit of dust. I also thought it was a pity that you didn't get free drinking water, for this price it was only a small thing. We also paid for breakfast once. This was disappointing for the price. The location was not good. there was nothing around. he must already have a car to get around here. No shop or restaurant nearby. It was quite hard walking through the mountains. The sights were also quite far on foot. You could possibly buy food at the accommodation, but these prices were also a bit more expensive than another restaurant.

i am confused why this place rank on 8..and comments are all good thats why i book this place, but that was not we expec

some decorations are cute.

it's totally different from what you see in the picture (booking.com)the garden is dirty,the facility is a mess ,not worthy to pay 10,000yen each person for 1 night.its not a resort its a hostel.with no bathroom and shared toilet.

We booked late and arrived late in the property but the owner entertained us well. The onsen was a plus++ my son enjoyed it very much. Will book nextime if i have the opportunity ☺️

Friendly family run property.

Nice location, very friendly staff, and a very interesting and unique decor throughout the property. I liked having a private booking system to use the onsen, too. Also seems to be very good environment for families.

Nothing in particular. There aren't many restaurants nearby if you don't have access to a car - so either bring your own food or make arrangements with the hotel to have food prepared.

loved the option for an onsen every day after a day of walking along the Jogasaki coast. The house is within walking distance of the beautiful walking trails. Wifi was brilliant to help plan my day trips - it made especially easy working out the bus to take to Mt Omoru; 25 min walk through the beautiful neighbourhood to Izu Koegen station and then a bus to the mountain. Easy! The hosts even kindly lent me a charger adapter for my phone. They were so helpful and also picked me up and dropped me off to the local station. The shared bathroom facilities were clean and always available (there are two onsens and three separate female toilets for guests to use).

Beautiful area! Accomodation is cheerful and has an onsen. Staff is super kind and welcoming. They even brought us to the train station. Thank you for everything!

Great Place, Amazing staff!

Our stay was amazing, all the staff were super friendly and helpful, they even picked us up from the station and dropped us off after we checked out. The property has this homey atmosphere which we really loved and trekking trails are within walking distance too. Would really consider coming back,
