Nhà mình có cả người lớn và trẻ nhỏ nên lúc đặt phòng khá quan tâm đến không gian sinh hoạt. Phòng gia đình ở đây bố trí hợp lý, mọi người có chỗ để hành lý và nghỉ ngơi mà không cảm thấy quá chật.

Gia đình mình có kỳ nghỉ khá thoải mái tại đây. Phòng rộng vừa đủ, sạch sẽ và được chuẩn bị cẩn thận. Không gian khá yên tĩnh nên cả nhà nghỉ ngơi rất tốt sau một ngày đi chơi. Nhân viên vui vẻ và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi gia đình cần. Một lựa chọn phù hợp cho chuyến đi Đà Nẵng.

Phòng sạch sẽ, vị trí gần biển và khu vực khá yên tĩnh. Nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhanh khi cần.

Location was really good - it is right next to the beach, with great views from the room.
Summary of what we didnt like:
1. The room balcony doors didnt close - there was no lock or anything. So, whenever we went out, we'd keep praying that our stuff was intact
2. The room is right above a seafood eatery.. the noise level was very high well past midnight, and started from as early as 4-5 pm.
3. To access the rooms, we had to first go to reception, which is 1 floor above... te=hen come down, go into a department store, and then another step above. There are no lifts , and we did not like walking through a department store.
4. The staff couldnt speak english, and understood very little of what we said.
5. They just gave us the room and left.. we had to figure out how everything worked ourselves :)
