We had never stayed this far north before and it was a much slower pace with quieter neighborhoods. The beach was close and much less crowded then farther south around My Khe beach area. This build appeared to be almost brand new with the interior's looking new as well. They also cleaned the room everyday too!! This establishment was also listed as "pet friendly" and we took our small <10lb fur-baby with us which worked out great. Would definitely stay here again.
By no means the fault of the establishment or the owner(s) but there is currently a great deal of construction going on all around Da Nang Vietnam. Because of this at times our room was very noisey. This was not a huge problem for us as we are early riser(walked the beach in the mornings and watched sunrise each day) and construction had not started yet. We were typically in the room around mid-day which is when locals would take their lunch/break during the heat of the day so not much noise then either. But later in the mornings and after lunch is when there was lot of construction noise. Quieted down again after 5ish.
