We had a very pleasant stay at Anstay Beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the sea view was beautiful.
The beach right in front of the building is much quieter and more peaceful than the busy My Khe area, which we actually really enjoyed. It is great for swimming, relaxing, and taking a walk along the coast. Sometimes you can even see local fishermen pulling in their nets from the beach, which gives the area a very charming and authentic atmosphere.
The rooftop is a shared area with a lovely sea view, and there is also a washing machine available for guests to use, which was very convenient for a longer stay.
There are several local restaurants and small eateries nearby, so it is easy to try Vietnamese food without going far.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this place especially to travelers who prefer a peaceful seaside atmosphere rather than a crowded and busy tourist beach.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and the sea view was one of the best parts of the stay.
The beach in front of the building is peaceful and not overly crowded, which was perfect for us. It feels more local and relaxed than the main tourist beach area. We went swimming several times and also enjoyed watching the fishermen working along the shore in the early morning. It was a very nice and authentic experience.
The rooftop is also a great bonus. It is a shared space with an open sea view, and guests can use the washing machine there, which was very useful.
There are a few local food places nearby, so you can easily find simple Vietnamese meals within walking distance.
A good choice if you are looking for a quieter beach stay rather than nightlife and a busy tourist atmosphere. We would happily stay again.
