La ubicación, la tranquilidad, las instalaciones en general, disponer de parking privado, la piscina, la terraza/balcón. El apartamento es ideal para dos personas, dispone de lo necesario y es bastante cómodo.

Ligging is lekker rustig en 5 minuten lopen naar het strand.
Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en de supermarkt Consum
Parkeergarage en een lift
Appartement was compleet en de hond was ook welkom.
5 minuten met de auto naar Denia stad.

Quiet and cosy, good mattress.
Very clean and good condition.

The kitchen is very small, not many places to store food articles.
Not much place too to prepare food.
