L’emplacement central; la propreté; les grands espaces.
Les lits très durs ; l’absence de tout produit de première nécessité (un kit de base avec produit de ménage, quelques pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, huile/vinaigre, quelques capsules de café comme cela se fait dans beaucoup de location serait apprécié); nous avons laissé pas mal de denrées non périssables que nous espérons que la femme de ménage laissera pour les prochains locataires… Par ailleurs le prix reste très élevé.
