The keys are in the door and the gate was unlocked so no time was wasted getting in. I was expecting to meet the owners but didn't add they made you feel like YOU owned the land. My first quotes were WOW OMG WOW..... There's so much land for your dogs to run and it's easy not to encroach on other lodges as plenty of space. Apple trees with massive juicy apples. Heated flooring. The name is bang on with the place. Not one complaint at all. Already looking to booking again. Thankyou so very much for this beautiful memory x

Loved the lodge itself - beautifully finished and great chairs! We had a truly relaxing short break and really enjoyed the hot tub and the garden. Our dogs liked the apple trees! Lovely quiet location just a short drive from the coast and the old Union Bridge which we have never seen before.

We didn't dislike anything. Some 'icing on the cake' suggestions: Bath sheets (as opposed to normal bath towels) would have been lovely. Our dogs loved the garden, although with it being completely open we had to tether them with long leads while we were in the hot tub - cue lots of 'dog knitting'! It would have been fabulous to have had the ability to secure an element of the patio space for them.
