Briljante ligging aan meer met uitzicht op Portree. Heel ruim, lekkere bedden, zeer knus ingericht alsof je in iemands huis verbleef. Veel gezellige vertrekken.

Das Cottage besteht aus zwei zusammengebauten Häusern mit einem gemeinsamen Eingang, wobei sich in einem Haus eine Küche mit Esstisch und Terrassenzugang befindet, während sich im anderen Haus ein Salon mit TV, Sekretär etc. befindet. Wir waren zwei Paare und konnten uns je nach Bedarf zurückziehen oder eben gemeinsam essen usw.
Die Lage direkt am Loch Portree ist sehr schön und äusserst ruhig: direkte Aussicht auf die Landschaft, die Bucht usw.
Wir haben schon oft Häuser gemietet, aber noch nie eine so vollständige Ausstattung vorgefunden. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Küche.
Rund herum ein Top Erlebnis.
Ein paar Instruktionen zum Haus, Bedienung des Gasherds etc. vielleicht in Form einer kleinen Broschüre, wären hilfreich.

Layout of bedrooms gave everyone a good sense of privacy and comfort. Individual room heaters allowed control of spaces as needed. The bathroom towel warmers and soap/shampoo products were a wonderful touch. Possibly one of the best working kitchens of a property I've ever stayed in across the globe. Can you believe the knives were actually sharp?! Quality of light and views were spectacular and so calming. A full laundry room with both washer and tumble dryer was a great bonus.
There was no kindling to help get a fire going, even though there was plenty of firewood provided. Would have like having some kitchen towels or at least paper towels to use.
