The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The Wifi was strong. Very happy that the gym had a rowing machine. It was great that I could contact the front desk via WhatsApp 24/7. I was in town for a conference and had some late nights, so they were able to give me a code to get in and out, even though I first asked for it via WhatsApp at 1am when there was no one at the front desk. Definitely make sure to save the Reception WhatsApp number as a contact when you check in. Also got an A+ lunch recommendation when I checked in; they stored my luggage so I went on a wander through the city.
The hand soap in the room was empty, so I had to use the body and hair was as both hand soap and body wash, remembering to move it back and forth. Also didn't love the bathroom set-up of a shower in the corner of the bathroom, with nothing divided, since it led to water getting everywhere. It would be great if the gym had some smaller hand weights.

Everything was great, very comfy, the amenities in the room were easy to use and set up simply.
The dryers finished on their own time - constantly changing how long it would take which meant you had to check on them frequently to make sure you got your clothes out promptly.
