Your 3BR/3BA + loft coastal-chic getaway provides access to an outdoor pool, spa, private inlet beach, and a nearby marina -- all close to great restaurants. Kids will love the spacious loft with fun arcade games including Pac-Man! INSIDE THE VILLA Enter into the sparkling kitchen that features granite countertops, sleek white cabinetry, and a full suite of quality stainless steel appliances. The huge kitchen bar has seating for three, while the adjacent dining area provides a six-seat table. Kick back and relax in the sunlit living room, outfitted with a large leather sofa and a 32' cable TV. Rest comfortably in the master bedroom, featuring a queen bed, 32” TV, a large walk-in closet, and direct patio access. The en-suite master bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a 19” TV with cable and a DVD player. This room offers shared access to the guest bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent third bathroom boasts a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a water closet. The family-friendly loft area is comprised of three separate areas. Unwind in the living area that includes a leather sectional and flat-screen TV or enjoy the arcade games (PacMan, Galaga, and Rampage) in the game area. The adjacent loft sleeping space offers four twin beds. (Please note that two of the twin beds are only for children.) OUTDOOR AREAS Sliding glass doors in the living room lead to the back patio; fire up the grill and dine alfresco at the patio table with seating for four. A convenient pathway (located next to the patio) leads to a private sandy beach as well as the complex amenities. Enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool (heated seasonally), sauna, steam, and fitness center. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Reserved outdoor parking is available for two vehicles in front of the villa. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a full-size washer/dryer are provided. THE LOCATION The colorful Banana Bay complex is set right on the water at Perdido Key, with private access to the white sands of the inner coastal waterway and a nearby marina. It wouldn’t be a true beach getaway without indulging in some delicious seafood. Luckily, the most popular restaurants in town, like The Jellyfish Bar/Restaurant, Oyster Bar Restaurant, and the famous Flora-Bama Yacht Club, are all within a 5-minute drive. Take a short drive down River Road to the Gulf of Mexico with the nearest public beach access with restrooms and a shower. Perdido Key State Park, Johnson's Beach, and Ft. McRae are just a few places to explore while you are lost on the Key and all within a 5-mile radius. Note: Marinas are not private, there are public marinas closeby (you’ll need to set up docking and inquire about fees in advance. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We originally had a different place in Fort Morgan reserved but the owner canceled 5 days before we left. The vacation company put us here and it was the best thing to happen to us. The condo was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location for the pool and beach. It was in the bay so the water was calm and seaweed free. My family had the best time and will be booking again next year. The video games upstairs was an added bonus for our son who isn’t a fan of being outdoors for long.

The place was more than I expected but it is worth the stay & I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I would return to enjoy myself once again. You get it all with this place the view, entertainment & the ocean view. Love it!!!

The location, the place, the amenities, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay but reason for my 4star and not 5star because I was never notified the pool was not functioning. Bummer because it was a main attraction since we had a few kids.

Can't Wait to Stay Again
The home is beautiful and located in a private community, non commercialized area. Excellent driving distance to the Gulf. The entire area was clean as was the interior. I am looking forward to renting this property again in the future.

It is a beautiful house/ condo.. very convenient to grocery stores/ etc… very nice to be able to go to places quickly….loved the private beach.. beautiful. Typical Florida weather .. great condition and the outer grounds were great and accommodating ..

A few of the downsides: the neighbors called in a noise complaint on us at 6 PM even though we were not making noise. That was frustrating.
The house only had 1 towel in the kitchen, I would have liked a few more. They did not supply trash bags, foil, dish soap (except for 1 packet), which is fine, it would have just been nice to know that prior so we could have packed those things instead of having to buy it all once we were there. When we got there, there were also dirty (like stuck on) dishes in the dishwasher.
The convenience of the check in was easy, and the private beach was great. Great location to other beaches, restaurants, and shopping!

Overall, we had a fantastic time at this rental. The family gathered here for the holiday. There was 5 adults and a dog. The location was perfect. The space was just the right size, very clean, and the furnishings are very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything that we needed and then some. We love that you allowed our dog to stay here too! She is family also. We spent time fishing, went to the State Park, and just relaxing at the beach. Only issues were the kitchen faucet is loose. I also informed TurnKey via text message. And we received a text stating that the "noise meter" registered a noise and wanted to make sure everything was ok...We were just playing a family game. Now we may have gotten a little louder but not to the point where I felt it should have set it off. I guess time will tell if I will get fined for it. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

The property was everything that it was supposed to be. The only problem we had was we kept getting texts that we were too loud and one time when we got the text we were not even home and it was 830 at night. We were in a corner unit and the unit next to us was empty There was no one across the street from us so don’t know where that came from. when I asked turnkey where the complaint came from they had said they couldn’t revel that info. A question I have is if we were being too loud and someone complained how would they know to call turnkey rentals instead of knocking on our door or calling the police.? When I asked if they had a monitor in the rental unit they were very evasive so I think that says a lot .
