About this house rental
Situated in Perdido Key, this attractive house for $341 per night is a great option for your next break. Fleur de Sea - at Lost Key Golf and Beach Club Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Located in the quiet community of Lost Key, this newly built, pet-friendly townhome offers three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Even Rover will have his own space in a large dog kennel in the home. The main living area is on the second floor of the townhome, and the covered balcony offers views of the Gulf of Mexico across the street. The garage downstairs is available for guest use, and a propane grill makes for easy preparation of meals along with the fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are on the third floor of the home, and the two guest rooms get views of the Gulf as well. Each bedroom offers smart televisions for streaming. Plenty of space for the kids with the full over full bunk and twin trundle. The community includes features such as five miles of jogging and biking trails, two pools (one gulf front), a fitness center, and a beach shuttle. Perdido Key is as far west as Florida goes. On the Florida/Alabama line sits Flora-Bama- a complex with many gulf front bars, riverfront restaurants, and a marina offering fishing charters and more to spend a day on the water. In Orange Beach, find many restaurants such as Cobalt, a local’s favorite for lunch or dinner, or The Ruby Slipper Café for breakfast or brunch. The Wharf at Orange Beach has even more restaurants and entertainment options. This home is also less than 13 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels! THINGS TO KNOW All amenities are operated through the HOA and are not guaranteed. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Wonderful place. Great for OCD. Everything matches perfectly. No clutter. Yet decorated to a T. Plenty of space. View of Gulf from screened porch. Wonderful amenities. Excellent value for money. So nice not having to hall chairs and umbrellas and gear to the beach. 4 nice chaise lounges and two beach umbrellas provided per unit set up at the beach for you.
Dog friendly unit with kennel. My dog must have sensed other dogs and even though I walked him 4 times a day for over 30 min each time, he would come in and pee or poop. This was exhausting. I ordered a case of pet carpet cleaner from Amazon and spent a day scrubbing the area rug in the living room and the out door rug on the screened porch. I let them air out and then rolled them up for the remainder of my stay. This helped tremendously. I blocked off both sets of stairs so he couldn’t get to the carpet. I bought puppy pads for the tile but he had never used those before and he didn’t utilize them.
The only negative thing I can say which ruined a lot of my visit was having to send my dog that Is in training for service home to my family and having to hire a pet sitter to come check on him 2 times a day when the family was at home. The grouchy old neighbor complained and lied about me. My dog was left a total of 3 hours my first week at the property. He is a puppy with separation anxiety. I put him on the screened in porch outside the living room where he could see me while I was cleaning his accident on the rug. He is an 8 month old Schnoodle. He was barking on and off for about 20 minutes as I was cleaning and running up and down throwing rags in the wash etc. This was from about 8:30 to 9pm. The screen was closed but he could hear me and see me. Quiet hours are 9 pm until 8 am. The neighbor contacted the owner and said I had left a dog outside unattended chained up and barking. I was extremely offended. He mailed me sound like some dog owner that used and abused his dog and left out there chained up starved and abandoned. There is no fence on the property so I brought the cable I have from home. We don’t have a fence so if its too late or dark or stormy, I sit outside with him while he goes to the bathroom but I attatch him to a 60 foot cable so he can run around and not run away. Otherwise we go to the dog park so he can run in a fenced area. This was really difficult and exhausting and frustrating and upsetting. I was doing my best. I would never rent this unit again with a pet!!!!

Nice view. Furnishings are comfortable. Lots of options for kitchen use. The carpets need to be replaced. Staples are visible and will hurt feet if not wearing shoes. Some spots have been patched and subfloor is visible. Bring fire stick or whatever you use for watching television. There is no cable.

We have stayed in this complex in another units. This unit is beautifully decorated and has a very comfortable master bed. We found it well equipped for cooking. Location is great. Loved the porch. However, it needs some attention. Black mold all around ventilation in the main upstairs bathroom. The carpet upstairs is all separating. Issues were reported to property manager and will hopefully be addressed. There was no information in the unit about the beach club, tram, pool, checkout, restaurants in the area, activities as there has been at other units we stayed at in the complex. No grass right around unit and a ton a sand burrs, so it was a little tricky with our dog. Overall a great stay!

This is simply a gorgeous home with many neighborhood amenities. What a relaxing and refreshing place to get away!! The decor is stunning and the furniture is beautiful AND comfortable. I highly recommend a stay at Fleur de Sea!!

7 adults, 1 infant and a dog. The property was the perfect size for our family and in a great location to the beach and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, appliances, etc. for a large group. The large kennel for the dog was very helpful. We had a great time and would recommend it to others.

This is our second time staying in The Lost Key area. We love this area and love how it’s not quite as busy as Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. The condo is beautiful and the perfect size for our group. It’s in great walking distance to the beach or to the pool. The only thing, we wish maybe the walls were more insulated and/or the neighbors were more kid friendly. You can’t expect them to be quiet the whole time and we like to have fun and enjoy our time without having to worry about somebody complaining about every little thing, but we didn’t let that stop us from having a good time and we appreciate Vacasa understanding that! 😊

The property was everything we hoped for. The location was perfect, quiet in the evenings but convenient location. My kids loved being able to bike and walk the community.
The home was comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to cook for a family. The Vacasa team was super nice and responsive when we needed anything .

Family vacation
This has been a wonderful trip for our family. We have a dog now, a big dog, and it was important to find a destination that would allow us to bring him along. The property and amenities are top notch. Location is great. Will definitely be back for future stays.

Loved the location! Secluded yet not far from the touristy go to places. Had everything needed to make our week comfortable. Only downside was having 2 flights of stairs but could always use the exercise. Will be returning soon!

Not a beach
We loved everything about the home. It was a great setting, and an exceptional neighborhood. The only misleading item that I had an issue with was the descriptions made me think it was a beach front property but its not. You have beach access but not directly from the home. Otherwise it was great. Home was nice and felt new and clean. If was like staying in a fancy hotel but it was an actual home. They even provided one use soaps, and paper products if you didn't have or can't get to the store for your first night in. I would definitely rebook this property in the future.
