The property was very clean and beautiful. It came with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The owners decorated for Christmas and provided us with the most beautiful tree for the holiday. Altogether it was very welcoming and warm. A very pleasant stay!

Took a quick trip to the beach for a relaxing weekend and this home was just what we needed. Very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was amazing and just what we needed. Definitely will rent again.

This was a great house for me and my 3 close friends. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved sitting on the porch listening to the sound of the gulf. The house was clean and comfortable. If I’m ever in the area again I would rent again.

Absolutely Perfect! Check in & Check out so easy! Exactly like pictures. A/C super cold huge plus for Texas! Beds were very comfortable. Whole stay was perfect!! Definitely will stay again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jacob's home. The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you might need. The neighborhood was quiet and well cared for. The neighbors were friendly and the short walk to the beach was fantastic. What more can I say? It was a Perfect Get Away.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights recently. Overall it was a good experience. The host responded immediately to some of our concerns but we were very disappointed to find that there was no outside furniture. The host did explain that he was in the process of replacing/repairing them and did issue us a slight discount when we asked about that but we probably would not have rented this house had we known this beforehand. Also this was not the host’s fault but there were also a tremendous number of mosquitoes so bring a lot of bug spray if you visit this area!!!!

Really clean & super comfortable beds/couch, nicely decorated, updated house. It was perfect for our family of 4. The house had a wonderful hot tub and nice outside shower. The walk to the beach was not bad but we rented a golf cart anyway. It has a private beach access road in a really nice neighborhood. Everything was perfect.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this very clean and beautiful house. Has just about every kitchen appliance/accessories you could need. The hot tub is perfect! And Jacob is very good at responding quickly to any questions you might have as well. You can tell he truly wants his guests to have the best time possible. Would definitely return!

Great house!! Comfy EVERYTHING- from pillows to sofa! Kitchen had all the necessities. The hot tub was wonderful as well! One thing I wish we did was rent a golf cart ahead of time!! It would make Beach access better. But it’s only a short walk from the house.

While the house was cute it was EXTREMELY dirty. Enough to where I feel the need to leave a negative review. The floor was filthy as if it had never seen a mop. If you were to be barefoot your feet would be charcoal black within 30 min. Every surface of the kitchen/dining/living room was sticky. The living room area had food crumbs all over the place and in the furniture, rugs were stained, shower had hair in it. I could go on. It’s upsetting because you don’t get to check in until 4 being that the reason is for the “cleaning crew to clean after the last guest” we were not very happy to have waited until the day is almost over just to show up to a dirty house. Thank goodness the sheets/towels were washed or we would not have stayed. Also nearly ALL the cute lights downstairs by the hot tub were out, so it didn’t look like the picture, and the hot tub had functional issues as well.

We arrived to location at 12:30am. Key was not where owner said it would be (safe). We tried messaging him but there’s no direct number to communicate with him to tell him couldn’t get in because there was no key. After an hour of waiting and trying to get in and communicate with him we found the key under doormat. He emailed me the next day just to tell me that the previous guest did not follow instructions. As the owner it’s his job to assure key is where he said it would be and not under doormat. Completely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend staying here. I know I wouldn’t.

Had a great time booking with Jacob! His cabin was very nice and clean, well stocked kitchen, nice beds, and showers. Hot tub was amazing. Nice deck to chill out on. Not too far from the beach, and neighborhood was nice. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

My family of 4 stayed at this wonderful house! It is close enough to the beach to walk and the house is really clean. There were plenty of plates, kitchen cookware, and towels for us to use. The neighborhood was quite wnd family friendly.
