We loved our stay at #20. It had plenty of room for all of us, clean bedding, a great shower and relaxing outdoor area. We’ll be staying again soon.

We really enjoyed this place, it was far away enough from the hustle and bustle, without being out in the boonies, and very quiet, no noisy neighbors, we enjoyed the views of the bay, and the easy access to a small channel for fishing, very enjoyable:)

The listed amenities of the camper were not true. The awning does not work, the fridge did not keep temp(we threw away a large amount of food) the motherboard that controls the lighting, cooling, fridge, EVERYTHING has been broken for weeks. The owner was aware and yet continued to rent unit. When we addressed with owner he offered ice, firewood, and bug spray. The TVs are smart TVs but since there was not internet, they don’t work. Plus they need remotes.... this was all brought to owners attention and he did nothing. When owner came to park, at no point did he address anything with us. Very unprofessional. The camp hosts were wonderful and did what they could to accommodate us, but they are limited as to what they could do. Our family made the best of it, but will never return. If he could be honest and upfront, it would be better. But, intentionally deceiving people speaks volumes for his character. Oh, and....toilet paper cannot be flushed down toilet. It must be placed in the trash can in bathroom. Very unsanitary. You should probably tell people this BEFORE they arrive.

Location within the RV park was great. Nicest camper on the property. Close to the beach. It is a camper, so as long as you set your expectations accordingly, the stay should be great. Meaning there is some movement when walking, a little tighter than a condo, etc..

Fantastic “glamping” experience!

We had a fabulous time exploring Bolivar and the surrounding area and our first RV experience. The RV was new and really clean with comfortable beds and nice cotton linens. The owner met us with the key and was super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this as a bucket list activity to those who have never tried out an RV. There was plenty of room for a few more people, as it was just me and my two daughters. My only regret is that we did not stay a few more nights.
