We love all pets but DOGS ONLY at this property, owners are SEVERELY allergic to cats. • Maximum Occupancy: 10 • Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age. • Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property. • Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. • No events or parties. If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given. •There is parking available for no more than 3 vehicles/1 RV and vehicles must be parked in the yard. There is no additional parking available in the neighborhood, and parking anywhere other than the yard is prohibited. All vehicles parked on the beach must display a Bolivar Beach Parking sticker which costs $10 and is available for purchase at most businesses. • No uninvited guests without permission • Do not take bath towels to the beach. • Additional fees and taxes may apply • Photo ID may be required upon check-in • Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee or Security Deposit

Great location less than 2 miles from the Ferry Landing. Quiet neighborhood close to the North Jetty and small beach with boat ramp. Casa Morada is spacious and offers everything you need for a relaxing get away. The view from the front porch is breathtaking.

Neighborhood getaway weekend! It was amazing. The house and location were perfect! We had just about everything we needed. Communication with owners were fantastic! Just a couple of things but did not ruin our trip. Charcoal grill broken and unstable. Beach pass was expired. Misquotes were awful. RV waste disposal not working Ferry line times crazy- understand due to holiday weekend. Just wasn’t prepared.

The home is in close proximity to the beach which is great and conveniently located near the ferry. It was very clean and roomy for our family of seven. Communication with the management team was punctual and thorough! I would wholeheartedly recommend!!

Amazing house! The location right by the beach and ferry is a pure gem. The house itself was comfortable and had great layout. Winter and Stacy were friendly hosts, with smooth communication.

Clean and comfortable

I stayed with my spouse, mom, and 2yo child. The beach was within reasonable walking distance. It wasn’t ever too busy on the beach itself and my LO had a blast hunting hermit crabs and finding awesome shells. The property was clean and comfortable with everything you’d need in the kitchen to make meals everyday. The property managers were helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet get away.
