Our place is equipped with everything you need to feel the comfort of being at home. With 4 bedrooms and a pool, it is the perfect space you need for your stay whether it's for work or travel. We are conveniently located 2 minutes away from Costco, Walmart and many restaurants etc. The space Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Whether you are visiting for business, remote work from home, tour Sacramento, you will find our fully furnished home perfect for families or friends traveling together. We offer high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs , and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Parking: There is space for 3 cars to park in the home's driveway. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered as trespassing. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am. Other things to note - No Parties allowed - No Smoking inside of the property (fee will be assessed for traces of marijuana or cigarettes). - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - Please inform us of any visitors during your stay. - No pets. - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - Locals must contact us before booking. - Security Camera installed outside for security. - The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated) -Noise aware working 24/7 To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Had family visit from Japan and they were the ones that stayed in the house. They enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, and the amenities of the house. Having a laundry room and two full bathrooms was very convenient especially when you have two children traveling with you. Some of the instructions online for the wifi, front door lock, and laundry room access were not accurate but, the owner/manager were quick to respond to all my questions to get the correct information even when it was late at night. It was nice to know that I can contact someone late at night when I had an issue and get a response. Its location is great too. Walking distance to a Wal-Mart, Costco, and an Applebee's. Also close to the freeway.

Location is excellent. The house is minimalist and pleasing to eye. The kitchen could use more supplies but the owner offered to bring us over anything so it wasn't a problem. The only issue is the pool. It's unheated and doesn't have walk down steps for kids. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This house was clean and was recently remodeled. It was comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. In fact I left my keys in my vehicle one night with no issues. The only drawback would be the pool as it’s in bad condition and needs major repairs.

Beds were mattress stacked ontop of each other which caused the wife and I to sink towards each other. Good location besides the fact that you could hear the neighbors while in bed. Please provide more than 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a week stay in the future.

The host canceled only HOURS before our check in even though we made the reservation months in advance which left us scrambling to find a place to stay, and btw it’s IMPOSSIBLE to find a nice place to stay when you have to find it that same evening. They had horrible communication even as we were at the house calling, they were unwilling to help us in any way. Save yourself the hassle and don’t even bother with this host.

The house was pretty clean besides the cockroaches and the bag of old cereal we found in one of the beds. The beds were extremely cheap. Think $200 used mattress sale comfortable. Waterproof mattress pads caused everyone to sweat while sleeping, and sleep poorly. All in all we wouldn't stay here again, while a hotel is less spacious it is ultimately far more comfortable.
