This space offers a sofa, chairs, board games and Smart Tv for streaming access. The fireplace is non-operational, it adds just a touch of ambiance to the room. The pull-out sofa offers additional sleeping space. Kitchen: For guests wanting to dine in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, dual coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, toaster and blender. Bathroom 1 : Located in the hall, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. Bathroom 2: Located in the Master Bedroom, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double vanities and a private toilet area. OUTSIDE Prescott Deluxe Chalet features a deck on the front of the house. It includes rocking chairs and a dining table for six. There is a gas grill for guest use. The pergola offers outdoor lighting for additional ambiance. This contract will be sent after VRBO confirms the booking with our office. Pets or No Pets; It's the guest's responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we've confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you're required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
