Situated in Missoula, this lovely house for $179 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located full residence with mountain views. Historic 1935 home was fully updated in 2022! Full kitchen and updated bathroom. Two bedrooms with Queen beds in each and a separate office for your work from home needs. House is located in the center of town just 6 minutes from downtown and right next door to the Milwaukee Trail System. It has a very tiny backyard that is fully fenced. Franklin to the Fort is a neighborhood in the center of Missoula. It offers mountain views, wonderful coffee shops, and the Good Food Store! This charming home is located on the outskirts of this neighborhood. Although it is next to railroad tracks, they are no longer active (so do not fret). The Milwaukee Trail system extends from the University of Montana to far West of Missoula. This wonderful trail is right across the street - you can bike or walk anywhere you need! The location of the home allows for a super quick drive anywhere in town. You are 6 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to the KettleHouse Amphitheater and 5 minutes to the University of Montana.

My friend and I were comfortable inside the house: It was quiet, beds were comfy, good water pressure in the shower, big TV, good wifi. One suggestion: Get some wine glasses. The house is next to a walking trail, which we were excited about, but after one walk on the afternoon of our arrival, we didn’t use it again. Several bikes sped close by us with no verbal warning or bell, and we could have gotten hit. Also, there were a few unsavory characters on the trail, and we turned around when 2 men were sitting in the middle of the trail ahead of us doing something we didn’t get close enough to see.

The ingress egress entrances have no handrails with steps taller than allowed under standard building code. The bathroom entrance is not wide enough for a standard walker. There is no “TV” as listed but a large screen you must cast to use IF you have an app for casting and pay for a subscription such as Netflix…had to rent a hotel just for accessibility..this is not property for anyone with any type of mobility issues.

We enjoyed our first trip to Missoula staying at Brittany’s place. It was clean and has been very nicely updated. We did find the bed in the bedroom in the back more comfortable than the one in the front but may be a matter of personal preference. We were able to cook pretty well but did have some trouble with one of the burners. Laundry was very convenient in the basement. Overall great and we would stay here again. Thank you, Brittany!

We really enjoyed your home ! There were three of us. The living space and kitchen was very cozy and comfortable. We would like to have had a little bigger seating and dining table for eating meals and a few extra towels but everything was very clean. I had a little trouble with front steps without a handrail. All in all we loved your place! Thank you for accommodating our extra night at the last minute Brittany! 🙂

Just returned home from a wonderful weekend at this property! The home itself is so charming inside and out, and beautifully decorated. Traveling with a one-year-old, we were so comforted by how clean and well taken care of the home was. Brittany made the check-in and check-out process very simple with friendly and clear instructions, and was a pleasure to rent from! Perfect location with many amenities nearby. Would absolutely recommend for your next stay in gorgeous Missoula!

Clean, nicely appointed bungalow with extended parking, and was pet friendly. Living space provided comfy room for the adult kids to visit and play board games into the night. Close to downtown, walking trails, and close to river access for play time with the dog.

This place was a great location for me to visit family. It was clean and well organized. The TV set up worked great. The neighborhood was very quiet. One suggestion I would urge the owner to consider is placing reostats on the overhead lights as they were quite bright and harsh. I am also surprised that there is no dishwasher and question the sanitazion of dishes between guests.

My family and I (husband and 13 year old + 1 Bernese Mountain dog pup) experienced our first Missoula trip and stayed at this cute little house for a long weekend. It was great location to everything downtown Missoula- the bike path is right behind the house and goes right into downtown. I wish we had our bikes because we would have used this mode of transit the whole time. It was fairly warm (not as hot as it has been) so glad there was AC. We were psyched that we booked and had the space that we did rather than staying in a hotel. Brittany was super communicative~ we didn't need to bother her with anything. We will definitely be back!

This small house is nicely remodeled, but on a budget. The kitchen is very minimally supplied, and I didn’t have everything I needed. The living room furniture could be upgraded to be more comfortable and clean. The beds, linens and towels were nice. Communication with the owner was good, she was very responsive.
