Nestled in White Rock, this charming condo for $134 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This private courtyard pet friendly suite (a one time $25 pet fee applies), with private entrance is part of my home located in central White Rock. Just a 10 minute walk down to the beach, White Rock Pier, and Marine Drive. The suite is open and airy with solid maple floors throughout, overheight ceilings, and expansive windows overlooking the patio, garden area, and peekaboo views towards the Pacific Ocean and San Juan Islands. The space This large open concept suite (approx 400 sqft) is split between the bedroom and living areas with a separate ensuite bath. The bedroom contains a brand-new queen size pillow top bed, with a luxurious hypoallergenic duvet and pillows. The pillows and mattress are protected with hypoallergenic casings for added comfort. A large armoire with drawers and luggage rack provide great storage space. Living area has new oversized loveseat and chair with dining bar top table for two. 50" tv with Netflix and full cable complete the space. Built in to the wall is the kitchenette (not a full kitchen) where guests will find a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Dishes, glasses, and utensils such as wine opener, scissors, can opener, are also available. Spacious ensuite bath provides ample counter space and under sink storage. Also, under the sink guests will find dish soap/cloths Outside, guests can enjoy the private patio with western exposure, making it a bright and sun soaked space. Filled with lush flowers (seasonal) and plants such as two large tropical palm trees, makes for a perfect spot for barbecuing and enjoying a meal. Guest access Access is off of lane. Guests will also have access to a parking space (if needed) in the back of house. The lane is off of foster between prospect and buena vista, drive down to the end of the lane to the green house, the middle parking spot is for guests. The entrance to the suite is off of the patio.

Very charming home (studio but very large). Fully furnished with small fridge, micro, and utensils. Very clean. Owner helpful and great communication. Added plus was allowing our small dog. We would go back.

We had a wonderful stay in Mark's spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated guest unit with lovely patio. The location was perfect and within close walking distance to the pier, eateries, and coffee shops. Mark graciously welcomed us to his place upon our arrival. We highly recommend his guest studio.

My wife and I and our dog stayed for a 4 day visit it had a refreshing back patio with a bbq even. Great spot- walk to shop. There is no kitchen but great for breakfast and relax with a sandwich Very comfortable bed , and the host was fab and he even had a dog bed and water bowl ready for us !

We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and his wife. This studio apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to many nearby restaurants and the water. We were able to see the water from the lovely patio. We spent much time on the patio visiting with our son. The apartment itself felt spacious and was nicely decorated. We will look foward to staying again. Mark was a great host.

We’ve stayed at lots of different hotels but decided to try VRBO for the first time at this property and couldn’t have been more impressed! It was a fabulous neighborhood, beautiful room and exceptionally clean. Mark was very responsive and helpful too. Really can’t say enough good things about this stay!

We spent two perfect days in White Rock celebrating our 40th Anniversary. Mark was an excellent host and the unit we stayed in was like home away from home. Clean, perfectly appointed, great location, and peaceful. Private patio was an extra bonus. Pictures are totally accurate. We will definitely be back and can't recommend this special unit strongly enough! Thank you, Mark! 😊

Mark was the consummate host providing every amenity one could possibly think of (and even ones I hadn't thought of) in a cozy, well located unit with privacy and comfort. I was in town for work and the place was just perfect. There isn't a kitchen but all the amenities, small fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, coffee/tea station, etc. The bed and sofa are very comfy and great for sleeping. I had my dog Joe with me and there was a bed and water bowl for him as well. You will not be disappointed!

Calm, charming, and convenient. We loved being up on the bluff, and it was an easy walk to a good coffee spot as well as down to the water. Mark is friendly and easy going. And we loved the sound of the seagulls!

Mark's place was clean and cozy - although we did not use the BBQ, he has it all set up for those of you who would like to. The bed was very comfy and situated so you can clearly watch tv from it. We sat in the warm winds having bevies until late into the evening.. very relaxing and tranquil. Thanks Mark, we really enjoyed our night and will hope to stay with you again as your location was perfect for our travel requirements.
