Nestled in the Ahwatukee foothills, this beautiful home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Private pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit are here for your enjoyment. The home comes equipped with three bedrooms, with one bed able to be converted to a desk so the room can be used as an office. Just 20 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport, and within walking distance to the grocery store, gas station and gym. Beautiful mountain views that you won't get in other locations. This is definitely a traveler's dream come true!

The home is in a beautiful, easy-to-find neighborhood and has a great three-bedroom layout. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay.The primary bathroom has no door, offering very little privacy with a direct line of sight from the vanity to the bed. The second bedroom also stayed significantly hotter than the rest of the house and does not appear to have an AC vent.Our biggest issue was check-in. We arrived around 1 AM and could not get into the house despite multiple attempts using the front door and garage. We ultimately had to get a hotel for the night. The issue was fixed the next day, but no refund or compensation was offered. Dispite having multiple cameras showing we couldn't get in. Afterward, the door generally worked, although there were still occasional issues.There were also some safety concerns. The back gate and rear door were left open at different points during our stay, and it appears the entry code is not routinely changed between guests.The pool was not in usable condition upon arrival. The water was stagnant, the jets were not working, the filter system was dry with cobwebs, there was visible buildup on the pool surfaces, and significant salt accumulation around the pool area. We spent several hours cleaning the pool ourselves before we could use it.Overall, the location and layout are great, but the maintenance, security, and operational issues need attention to provide the experience guests expect.
