I loved the service at the hanok. It was fast, took responsibility, didn't look for excuses, simply provided solutions. I enjoyed the quietude there, it's excellent location and the cleanliness of the place. The atmosphere was easy and lighthearted and the hanok felt very fast like a safe harbour for me.
I experienced some issues with the washer, which was basically used most of the day.

I had an amazing stay here!! We stayed in the sansuyu room (twin room) and was expecting mats on the floor, but had beds! Some might say they were a bit hard but i found them really comfy!! The facilites were great and the bathroom had everything you need for showers and it was really clean! The kitchen had ramen cups available for guests to use and each fridge shelf was labelled for each room so you don't confuse your fridge items with anyone else's! It's in an amazing area with a GS25 just down the street so anything you need is easily buyable! It's a super quiet place and there's plenty to do in the local area. I loved my stay here and the customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend for anyone wishing to have a traditional stay in Seoul!!
I loved everything but the air con in the sansuyu was quite noisy!! We had it on all night since it was super hot but i'd recommend turning it off for the night if you don't want to be woken up by it, but i got through it just fine!!

Great location, close to good coffee shops, lovely garden.
For the price it was a very tight fit. We never met any staff. Felt very impersonal. I was hoping to interact with a Korean host or family. It’s the reason I chose to stay in a Hanok. I wanted to see the rest of the house but didn’t as i didn’t know if it was appropriate.
