Come ready to relax and enjoy the gulf breeze at Bella Sol! Brought to you by Best of the West, this beautiful home in Jamaica Beach will not disappoint. Come sit on the very large deck or on the shaded patio. It’s only a short walk to the beach. Bella Sol is perfect for your group or family, offering 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a fabulous open floor plan. Located in the fabulous city of Jamaica Beach on Galveston island. The primary bedroom has king size bed with an ensuite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with 1 queen, and 3 twin beds. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a full size futon. On the beachfront deck find lounge chairs and a large table, all overlooking the beach. For your pleasure and fun on the ground level, you will find a bbq grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower to rinse off after your visit to the beach. Inside Bella Sol, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs in the master and downstairs bedrooms along with the living room, and high-speed internet with WIFI. When you stay in a Best of the West home, all you need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, sunscreen, food, and you! Best of the West provides basic consumables needed for your entire stay; paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, coffee (grinds and k-cups), creamer, sweetener, coffee filters, and first aid kit. Guest Access: You will be provided the door code, wifi code, and all other check-in information 2 days before check-in. The Neighborhood: The City of Jamaica Beach is a fantastic play to stay. In addition to beach access just across the street, Jamaica Beach offers a park, boat ramp*, and swimming pool**. You are less than 5 minutes away from several restaurants, liquor store, and grocery store. *Boat Ramp requires a $10/day permit from the city. **Swimming Pool is $5/day Getting Around: You are only approximately 20 minutes from downtown Galveston, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, the new Pleasure Pier, and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Other Things to Note: Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old. No prom parties, graduation parties, or other large gatherings. Quiet hours in Sea Isle are 10 pm to 8 am. CANCELLATION POLICY: 30 days or more from arrival date, FULL REFUND. Less than 30 days from arrival date, NO REFUND. We recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance.

Manager was very responsive. It would have been helpful to have more written notes left in the house about trash, TV, etc. Need better lapels for light switches in the downstairs suite. One was smeared and unreadable. Best to label outside switch for patio lights; had to search for it. Attention to detail would enhance an otherwise great stay.

Everything about the house was perfect for our wknd at Jamaica Beach for our Beach Blitz soccer tournament. It was a close distance with a nicer beach. The house was amazing and fit our 2 families perfect! It was so clean and had everything you could ask for. It was so cozy. We loved both porches! So thankful we chose this property and communication with the host was awesome!!

Everything was really nice! The house was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only request would be we wished there were brighter lights on the deck for night time but other than that it was lovely. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean, quiet, and cozy. My young kids enjoyed running around on the large deck. We loved the location to the beach. Highly recommend.

This property is a short drive or walk to the beach. We had a golf cart and it made going back and forth to the beach very easy. The beach across the main road is a drive-on beach so you can easily get all of your belongings over. I was a bit worried about road noise being so close to the main road, but it wasn’t noticeable. The house was well stocked and very clean. The upstairs deck was perfect for mornings and evenings. Our little ones had a great time running around and playing with their toys. There is no gate to keep little ones off the stairs, however. The only thing I hadn’t noticed when booking was that the “queen suite” is not accessible from inside the house. You have to go outside and downstairs to get to the third bedroom. We would definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed this home great proximity to the beach and a tasty food truck. Rooms and home were clean and nicely decorated. The queen room is downstairs with it's own bathroom and tv sitting area. That was a great surprise to have some space from the rest of the group.
