THINGS TO KNOW Thomas the Cat is our neighborhood-friendly visitor who is allowed in our home whenever we visit. During your visit, he may come to say hello, Although you are not obligated, if you would like to, please feel free to let him into the house, after his visit and he is ready to leave he will scratch at the door to exit. Thomas is well-loved by his owners and is safe to pet, he is microchipped and vaccinated. Streaming TV channels require guests' own accounts to access. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Property is spectacular. The house is beautiful. Walls of windows. The deck is an amazing place to hang out under towering redwoods. Nicely appointed kitchen.

A great house for a family or a small group of friends. Two bedrooms plus a room in the upstairs loft. Quiet, calm neighborhood with old redwoods - a great retreat away from busy Guerneville, but it has a super easy access to the River. Korbel is just around the corner, and it's a 5 min drive into the town. The owner has a wonderful selection of records, which was super fun. It got a bit hot during the day, but it cools down easily and fast in the evenings. Overall, a very comfortable stay. And we did have a hard time leaving the awesome neighborhood cat Thomas - he was the sweetest, cutest cat ever!

This is a great spacious house in the heart of the redwoods of Sonoma County! The place is located close to the beaches, wineries, and all the great local towns. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all my friends!

We highly recommend the gorgeous Canyon House in beautiful Guerneville, California. The location is centrally located and has perfect access to nearby wineries, restaurants and downtown. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well equipped with everything you will need for your home away from home. I love to cook and I found the kitchen extremely well stocked for all of my cooking needs. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The gorgeous deck was well lit with twinkling lights, fun games and a lovely sitting area to relax and unwind in the evenings. Our hosts, Andrea and Ali, were very quick to respond and were very easy to work with. I travel internationally all over the world with my family of five and I will definitely add this lovely home near the river into our vacation rotation when we want to escape the hustle and bustle of San Francisco. I recommend this wonderful home wholeheartedly.
