Bom.

Espaçoso. Fácil acesso. Bem localizado.

A limpeza ficou um bocado aquém do esperado. Falta de toalhas de banho, que ao fim de alguma persistência é que conseguimos falar com os responsáveis e resolver. A devolução do deposito de seguranças só foi feito após alguma insistência.

Updated Place but Lots of Rules?

Nice updated place with full kitchen and comfortable beds. Also nice to have AC

The check in process was very difficult we showed up to the address and then were told to instead meet them at an office and it took a long time to finally get access. They also had a strict set of rules which seemed a bit ridiculous for a 2 night stay such as tracking our AC use and threatening charges for overuse (even though it’s 35 degrees outside) and having the customers do their own dishes and take out their own trash. Super weird and gave a bad impression of the place.

Very good location, terrace was lovely, the room could do with a maintenance day to fix up a few things. Other than that no complaints.

Superb

This was my second visit to these apartments. They are in a great central location for sightseeing and are a short walk to the metro and train stations. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries

The apartment was in a very good location, and generally we liked the apartment.

The property said they would send check in details via email, we did not receive the email. I tried calling the WhatsApp number many times and they didn’t answer. This made accessing the property very difficult. Almost as bad are the “house rules”. They monitor electricity consumption (mainly for the air conditioner) and state they can charge an extra 40 or 50 Euros if you use too much. Given the hot weather in July, this is outrageous.

Great apartment, great location.

Great location, Very spacious. All mod cons included. Host who met us was very friendly. Great terrace overlooking the city

They charge a really high deposit onto the amount that you have already paid and want you to pay it over before you arrive at the property. It had us really worried it was a scam. I travel alot and have never been charged this amount of a fee before, so that was unsettling. Deposit was returned a couple of days later.

Location was great once we found it the first time. Very easy to get to the main tourist attractions of the old town.

Good location, Walking distance to many points in the city, like 5 min to Valencia Cathedral. Very spacious apartment. Clean, with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.

You could smell sewage in the apartment.

The location was excellent. The apartment was spotless, quiet and spacious.

The sofa bed could be more CV comfortable, and there were no kitchen towels.

Good

The team managing the apartment was very responsive after the complaint about the lack of hot water. A technician was sent down to check on the water heater the same day, but it seemed that the heater was working fine.

There was no kitchen towel provided despite having a full kitchen. There was not enough hot water for 6 of us to shower, we had to boil extra hot water every night. Perhaps it is time to change to a bigger water tank.

Close to everywhere

It was really close to the city center. You jus need a little walk. Near bus stop and metro station. The room was spacious, kitchen was fully equipped. The staff was helpful.

The apartment that we got a little bit old but the furniture and everything was fine.

Perfect location, well equipped & with easy access.

Great location near to old area of the city with the Cathedral, Market, Le Lonja, & other buildings of interest all within 10 minutes walk
