About this house rental
This elegant house with a garden and saltwater pool is located in a small residential complex just 1 kilometer from the white sandy beach and the crystal-clear water of Alcudia.
In the garden, covered with lawn, you will find sun loungers for relaxing next to the swimming pool, which is 7m x 3.5m in size and contains salt water, while you sunbathe. There is space for 8 people on the large covered terrace with a grill to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends. The house is designed and strategically oriented towards the pool, so that most rooms have a view or direct access to it.
In the house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an American counter, a living room with TV and air conditioning, and 4 bedrooms distributed across two floors. In addition to a toilet, the ground floor has a bedroom with its own bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two of which have a balcony. There is also a large bathroom with shower and bathtub in addition to a toilet.
The zone is ideal for families and travel with friends, as both familiar restaurants and supermarkets and shops are only a few walking minutes away, without having to take the car. The house has a private parking lot. The best sun and beach vacation is on Mallorca, in this magnificent villa at the foot of the lake, with a view of the mountains, which will make your days on Mallorca unforgettable holidays.

Amazing location, everything is in walking distance. Beautiful property with a good pool. Great to have access to a BBQ and a ping ping table.
There's a need for additional blinds. In the morning everyone is woken up by the harsh sunlight that shines through the current blinds. We had to put a blanket over the blinds to get a good night's rest.

Disappointing Experience with Property ManagementThis rental is managed entirely by an independent property management agency, not Vrbo, and they enforce their own rules, often conflicting with Vrbo’s policies. Notably, they require a 600 deposit nearly a month before check-in, despite Vrbo stating deposits may be collected at check-in. 600 is not a trivial amount. Additionally, we experienced a bait-and-switch on electricity costs—the listing stated 0.25/kWh, but we were charged 0.35/kWh, and the property manager refused to honor the listed rate. The difference between rates are substantial since we stayed in the property for 2 full weeks. We had to get Vrbo to step-in which re-emphasizes that the independent property management is enforcing their own rules and not Vrbo's.The Stay:The goodThe property is accurate to the pictures and is stocked with most essential appliances and everyday items. The badFloors were filthy—our socks turned black within minutes of walking inside.The house gets cold during the winter (February booking). Bedrooms lacked proper heating, and despite what the representative said about turning on the AC’s heating function, it did not work. The back patio was covered in bird droppings when we arrived. While the property itself has potential, poor maintenance and misleading policies made for a frustrating stay. Would not recommend.
