Situated in Mission Beach, this attractive condo for $257 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: Just steps to the sand, this property is beachside of Mission Blvd and has recently been completely updated to provide you with the feel of luxury. This unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in beds. It has a separate dining area and a full kitchen, so you always have the option of dining in or experiencing the vast array of PB restaurants and bars. But the highlight of this unit is the full ocean view from the bedroom...not many units in Mission Beach can boast this view! The Space: This is a second floor unit. Enter into an open L-shaped living room with a dining nook off the updated kitchen. Updated plank flooring and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms which is ideal for the beach. Smart TV with cable to meet all your needs. Kitchen is fully appointed (gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all the things to use them). Updated step in shower with lots of natural light in the bathroom. Ikea sofa sleeper in the living room converts into an over-sized full bed. Luxurious queen in the bedroom....wake up to the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean literally 100 steps from your window. The Neighborhood: Within walking distance of all Mission Beach has to offer, this charming unit is both centrally and conveniently located, yet offers the quiet comfort most look for in a vacation getaway. Best part of this location in north Mission is that you are a quick jaunt to all the nightlife, cafes and restaurants of Pacific Beach but you get to come home to the quiet of north Mission Beach. Getting Around: We provide a single covered parking space. It is accessed off the alley and as such can be a tight fit (as with about 90% of the parking spaces at the beach). We recommend a small- to mid-sized car to make it easier to park. We also recommend backing into the spot as that makes it easier to get in and pull out. There is free street parking available, but due to the high volume of beach-goers, don't count on parking nearby. Also be sure to read parking signs! Please mention that Vacation Rentals By Aaron sent you! Other Things to Note: This is "typical" beach parking so we do not recommend large cars. The spots will not accommodate anything more than a mid-size car or SUV. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Despite any stated cancellation policy, I will refund 100% for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund your rental fee to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled. We only offer the air conditioning between May and September Interaction with Guests: We are a self-service destination but a full-service management company. We are just a phone call away and have agents that are almost never more than 5-10 minutes away should a need arise.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and the communication, instructions provided and entire check-in/check-out process was better than any rental we’ve had, bar none.The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Parking was tight for our SUV, but worked out well and we were grateful to have it. The directions for finding the property were incredibly helpful. We were notified as soon as check-in was available (two hours early!) and asked to text when we left so the cleaning crew had an option to get in early, which we did! The ocean view was epic, especially considering the price point of this property!

Overall a great place to stay for my week in SD! Steps from the boardwalk/beach, and less than 5 minutes walk into Pacific Beach. Plenty of space for my things, and the unit came with beach chairs, towels, blanket, etc.

We had a wonderful time. So close to the ocean as well as great restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great view of the ocean from our bedroom and fell asleep to the waves every night!

Very close to the beach. The picture of the beach from the bedroom does not do this rental justice. You can easily hear and smell the ocean from the bedroom and bathroom. The property manager has just the right amount of communication. Easy to get in touch with. Ralph's is right up the road. Lots of things to see within walking distance. Close to airport, two AMC theaters, Petco Park, and Air and Space Museum. Make sure you rent the smallest car possible. The end of Mission Beach has an amusement park. Pacific Beach Crystal Pier is incredible. Lots of surfers and beach goers taking in the sunset.

This condo unit had a great layout, well equipped for cooking, beaching it (towels, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards) and sleeping. The property management know exactly what travelers need. We loved the location and accessibility to the boardwalk and ocean without even trying. We also enjoyed close proximity to the bay which gives a gentle flavor which is also a great option. We are looking forward to our next vacation in this unit next visit to San Diego.

We had a great vacation at this location. The place was clean and we love the neighborhood. You could see the beach from the bedroom window and everything was just a block or two away. As my title stated it is a awesome place. Thank you for allowing us to stay🥰❤️👍

This property is what we have been looking for in the Pacific / Mission Beach area. It was exactly what was advertised and in the center of what we like to do. Clean comfortable and during the week, quite. The Host is the best communicator seen to date on VRBO.

I hesitate to provide a review as we would love to keep this “gem” to ourselves! The unit is exactly as advertised; clean, very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We used the well stocked kitchen for a quick and convenient breakfast. However, that didn’t deter us from strolling along the boardwalk each morning with a coffee from Saltwater Culture. Or indulging in local ice cream each evening as we walked along the pier to watch the dolphins and surfers. We appreciated the “quiet time” policy as it allowed us to get a dreamy night sleep, listening to the sound of the ocean. We are already looking at our calendar to plan a September stay 😊

The unit was just as described and pictured. It was exactly what we were looking for. A perfect location, and the one-bedroom layout allowed us breathing space and a place to get a few minutes of work done. Also the bed was really comfortable! We especially appreciated the attentiveness of the management company throughout our stay. It was a great guest experience!
