Minutes to Desert Caballeros Western Museum, Vulture Mine, Hassayampa River Preserve, Robson’s Ranch, Saguaro Theatre, Box Canyon & more! The perfect spot for family & friends, you will love this private getaway in Wickenburg! The space Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features a wrap around kitchen, counter-height seating, private outdoor patio, dedicated workspace, dining area and living room with Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom includes alcove seating area, private en suite bathroom & Smart HDTV. Spacious living room with comfy sofa, Smart HDTV, laundry room, private backyard with patio, BBQ, free high-speed Wi-Fi, shared onsite parking, ATV/RV parking and key-less access. Guest access Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure. Other things to note Separate Casita: Please note the separate detached casita adjacent to the home may be occupied by long-term residents and that parking areas may be shared between guests and casita occupants. The casita utilizes and will need access to enter/exit from the right side of the home. Pool Suitability & Use: Please note the home has an open pool without additional barriers or gates and as a result this property is not suitable for young children under the age of 12. Wood Stove is not for guest use. Thanks! The Neighborhood There are many area ranches for horseback riding, events & roping arenas as Wickenburg is the Roping Capital of the World. Del Webb Theatre has many scheduled shows & events. Wickenburg is also home to world-class recovery centers and our home provides both the needed comfort & convenience for our guests if in town visiting their loved ones in treatment. ALERT-Avoid renting this property. They lied about pool usage, no TV. They spy on you, harass you with messages like 50 in few days, create fake charges, house full of broken and non working items. I will be asking for partial refund.

The property was amazing! The location was private and relaxing and the home was comfy and cozy! We just loved the gorgeous view! The host was quickly available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing and beautiful. Too cold of weather for swimming, but we did enjoy the pool area on sunny days. The only thing I could suggest is a full size coffee pot. The cup brewers is not enough for 3 adults and serious coffee drinkers.
