Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was basic however it was comfortable and clean.
I did have an issue with the shower not working. That may have just been due to being on the top floor and water pressure.

The location. And the owner is friendly.
It was not clean. The stairwell has not been cleaned for years. The windows in my room have not been cleaned for years. The shampoo and soap dispenser in the bathroom was not working. Either fix them, clean them and fill them or remove them. At the moment they just gather dust. There was a big wardrobe but only one hangar for the clothes! And the floor of the wardrobe is covered in dust. This business owner needs to employ a good strong cleaner and not try and do everything hersef.
