Make yourself an espresso and head to the balcony to take in the views and breathe in that unforgettable ocean air as you start the day. Spend your morning exploring iconic South Beach. Engage in retail therapy on Collins Avenue, catch an art exhibit at the Bass. Take a bike ride down the boardwalk to South Pointe Park, and have lunch oceanside. Soak up the sun and frolic in the surf before retreating to rest up for the evening’s adventures. Cozy up in the dining pods surrounding the meditation pond in the newly renovated courtyard and have an aperitif or two before heading out to conquer Miami nightlife. Wherever the evening takes you, the comforts of this retreat will be waiting to envelope you upon your return. THE SPACE: • Separate 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer and balcony. • Spacious 1,242 ft² (115 m²) of living space • Corner unit with Oceanfront and City views with Southeastern exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries • Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, Bose sound system, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include: • 3 Azure pools • Plush chairs on the white sandy beach • Direct beach access • The luxury Valmont Spa • A fitness center • Room service • Valet parking GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including: private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include: biking, taxi, public transportation and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Pets are not permitted in this residence. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. Departure cleaning will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum + tax. The number of hours will be determined by the condition of the unit and is at the sole discretion of Setai Resort and Residences • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking. • We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.

Great location. Great staff. Had issues with the bathroom toilet backing up and not working. Other bathroom had shower leaks. Other than that staff was amazing and experience was good.

This was an amazing place to stay in Miami. Penelope was very responsive and reliable and helped us with anything we needed. We had one issue when we arrived the first day, we noticed there was no baby crib or high chair for my son. We requested this when we booked this trip ahead of time. After almost 2 hours, it was delivered to us. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. The rooms were just like the pictures and in the perfect location. The property is beautiful and the resort is everything you’d expect from a 5 star property. Definitely going to stay here again when we come back to Miami!

The Setai is an excellent property with very attentive staff. View from the room is excellent. Room was clean and well stocked. Property manager responded quickly with any requests. Beach chairs and umbrellas were included. Great dining on the property. No complains.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. Andre from Luxury Rentals met us at the door, and responded quickly to requests. The unit is in very good condition, the kitchen is well-equipped, Sonos speakers throughout, great views, etc. The Setai Residence staff offer great service, the pool area is beautiful and the beach is just steps away. CVS across the street had nearly everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Setai is a 5 star resort everting was amazing Your crew was not good at all, I text my host fee time and no respond he totally ignore me Unit was a horrible smell on the 2nd day due construction work from the unit above us, my wife got a very severe headache and we couldn’t stay at the unit at all. It was a very strong acid smell that was very dangerous Even the setai building engineer agree with us and ask us to move out for a few hours We really hope you will give us a different unit what didn’t happened And we are still waiting for you to refund us for a complete night stay or all resort fees for all 3 night to compensate us on this horrible situation that we need to find ourselves looking where to go Please contact me for solution.I didn’t like how my host handle this situation at all.

Beautiful oceanfront and south views. Condo is well maintained with comfortable seating and bedding. Setai amenities can't be topped on South Beach. Mamnagers were very helpful and responsive. Great vacation and would be happy to stay here again.

Everything was as expected. Unfortunately, as we prepared to retire on the first evening there was no bedding (sheets/pillow cases) in either bedroom. Same issue with towels in the bathrooms. The matter was promptly rectified by the owner's housekeeping service.

This is our second stay at the Setai and the first time in this unit. The Setai is an excellent property with great pools, beach and service. Unit 2208 is well equipped with everything you need. The layout, furnishings and amenities are great. The view is superb! I would stay in this unit again.

We have traveled many times to Miami Beach, but this was our first time staying at the Setai. We absolutely loved it. The staff at Luxury Rentals was phenomenal. The unit was very clean and well equipped with towels, kitchen utensils everything you could possibly need (even a few Nespresso capules). We also got a great rate on our room. A fraction of what the hotel charges.
