The main living area was clean
Kitchen well equipped. The entrance porch area was discussing had lots of spider webs and needed to be sweep. There was also many spider webs in the divider between kitchen and dining area. Throw pillows appeared to need a good cleaning. Yard and furniture in yard not inviting. I am also dissatisfied about the amount of refundable deposit and the length of time to be refunded. My experience has been a refundable deposits is required at check in and refunded shortly after departure. My deposit has been held for over a couple of months and still not refunded. The place served its purpose but would not be in a hurry to rebook.
