Location great. Very comfortable and clean. Cosy. Great shower/washroom after a busy day. Many useful catering facilities provided - microwave, toaster.
Staircase is a little bit steep for anyone with dodgy knees, but is a great use of space. Car parking not available in this unit, so Council parking used which is not cheap. Factor to be considered.

Location is good Bathroom good
Very steep steps to mezzanine bed. Right hand side railing loose. Kitchenette sink tap only delivering a trickle of water. I could not rate the personnel, I met none. The rate applied for the car park was a bit pricy.

No where to get changed / put clothes etc Sofa could fit one person on Stairs are a death trap and not even stable Very noisy especially the boiler in the bedroom Bed was comfy and the bathroom was good
