Villa très vaste avec beaucoup d’espace dont un espace jeux très intéressant avec babyfoot et billard, un espace cuisine et repas très vaste et très bien équipé, les chambres et la literie sont très bien.
Un manque d’eau chaude pendant 3 jours avant rétablissement.
Les frais de chauffage sont en sus, et ce n’est pas très clairement annoncé, mais le chauffage a été très efficace pour cette grande villa en hiver.

The villa is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the entertainment room is fun, the kitchen is well equipped. The neighbourhood is quiet. It has a large pool and plenty of outdoor seating. Alfredo who greeted us was friendly and helpful.
Too high expectation for holiday maker to clean the villa and get rid of all the rubbish otherwise fined €50. I felt like I was having to do quite a lot of cleaning on last day. Booking advertises sign in up to 10.30pm but told I’d have to pay €40 after 9pm. I was then told it would be €50 if after 12 and then I was told €80 if it was after 9pm but then I was only charged €50. This shows inconsistency and created mistrust with Villa admin team. Quite heavy with mosquitoes. Son come away covered in bites. Pool tiles and garden swing chair in need of clean. Took a week to get deposit back.

Finca ist super gelegen. Ca. 20 Minuten nach Palma, 5 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt und nach Alcudia ca. 38 Minuten. Es gab ausreichend viel Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, etc.)
Kleine Schönheitsreparaturen fallen langsam in der Finca an. Zudem gibt es sehr viele Mücken dort.

Toen ik de villa boekte was er AC aanwezig. Nu niet meer. Er hingen ventilatoren aan het plafond. Dat was héén redelijk alternatief. Toen we aankwamen was het huis bloedheet en niet te koelen. Er hingen wel airco’s maar die waren buiten werking gesteld. Staat van onderhoud ook matig, loshangende handoekrekken, overlopende riolering bij de wasmachine, vies zwembad en smerige bekleding op de tuinbanken. Ook de overkapping lekte zodat alles eronder nat werd.
