Room was fantastic, location was pretty good.
The roof top bar wasn’t in use due to private function, wish we were told at check in. Also we were asked if we wanted to add breakfast, which we did but I stupidly didn’t ask the price, I was shocked it was 50 euros per person per day for our stay, the most expensive coffee and yoghurt I’ve ever had in my life.

I would also like to offer some constructive feedback regarding the breakfast service during our four-night stay at the Hyatt Regency.
My usual breakfast time was around 9:30 a.m. Unfortunately, on several mornings I found that the breakfast service at this time did not quite meet the standard I would normally expect from a Hyatt Regency property.
On a number of occasions, basic items such as clean cutlery and plates were not readily available, and some of the breakfast selections, including fresh fruit and eggs, had not been replenished promptly. When these matters were brought to the attention of the service staff, the response was unfortunately rather slow and did not always resolve the issue satisfactorily.
On one particular morning, I requested an omelette on two separate occasions, but regrettably it was never served.
I fully appreciate that breakfast periods can be busy and that occasional delays are understandable. However, as 9:30 a.m. was still within the advertised breakfast service period, I would have expected the full breakfast offering and an appropriate level of service to remain available.
I mention this not simply as a complaint, but as constructive feedback, as the overall breakfast experience fell somewhat short of the standard of hospitality and service that I associate with the Hyatt Regency brand.
I hope this feedback will be helpful to the hotel management in maintaining the high standards expected by its guests.

Location and the Icon bar on the rooftop
Haphazard organization. Left to drag bags up the stairs .Ignored at arrival and lazy staff watched us struggle ,and waited till we had finished before offering to help. Room not ready at 3 pm and took over an hour waiting . Had to ask other staff for help . They “blamed their system” not worthy of 5 stars or the price to stay here.
