The location is excellent, most of the main attractions are just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés downstairs, which makes everything very convenient. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay.
One thing to note is that the bedroom windows are not traditional exterior windows. One faces an interior courtyard (light well), and the other overlooks an internal terrace. This wasn’t obvious from the listing, so it may be worth mentioning in the property description.
There was sometimes an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

but its not place problems, they offer a parking place , 10 min to walk for 20eur per night, so it good.
close private parking can be up to 50eur per night

Central location was great for access to shops and restaurants. Despite the central location, with the modern double glazing shut it was quiet and we were not disturbed when sleeping which was a concern when booking. Great views of the hustle and bustle of Rua Augusta and the Arch from the windows. Welcome pack was nice and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in process was easy with a lift up to the room. Nice modern decor. Secure access to the building via key code and a second one to the room.
Minor stuff really. Strangely a few issues all plumbing related. Cold tap in main bathroom leaking when turned on. Main bathroom sink not draining properly. Pop up waste in second bathroom intermittent, getting stuck stopping draining of sink. Shower water flow too high for drain so you need to turn the water flow down otherwise it could overflow the shower tray. Could do with more glassware, not enough for the three of us without constant cleaning. None of the windows lock and can be opened fully in the bedrooms and main living area, so could be a concern if you have younger kids on floors 2,3,4.

Central location.
Just spacious enough for 3 adults.
Access code was convenient to use.
Not as the pictures described. Very dim and very bad lighting, no natural light as show in pictures. Bathroom tap was leaking. Not as clean as reviews suggest.
