Clean, big, comfortable and enough support for a family to stay. We have two babies with us and the facilities are very nice to them. You pop out of the house to the streets loaded with nice restaurants around. Just lovely.

Location is Very good to discover lisboa. The appartment feels luxurious.
Some malfunctions in the kitchen. Check in with code is Very practical but at the same time impersonal.

Apartment was OK. Situation OK.
One way communication - standard instructions. (to make you feel welcome)
The staff we met said yeah yeah, and did nothing : We had a clogged bathroom sink for which I asked some assistance. Via mail we had zero reaction either: Noreply mailing, very annoying.
Neighbourhood lost its authenticity: seems very trendy; only for a certain "feel good", "new hippies", "feel green" kind of visitors. I had a Greenwashing feeling : less or no service so you feel more sustainable ..
We think it's fake: the real Portuguese atmosphere is replaced by the above. Such a pity.
