The location was fantastic and the property was renovated exceptionally well - very clean and modern.
Great communication from property management company thru messaging but I am more of a traditionalist - prefer at least some face to face interaction.

Clean and well maintained apartment
Please can we have some instructions to use the oven/grill/microwave. No washing machine in the 1-bed apartment.

We really loved the location of the apartment – it was incredibly convenient. It was very easy and comfortable to get around on foot, and also simple to reach public transport to travel to many beautiful places nearby.
We also liked the apartment overall, its style, and how easy and smooth the check-in process was.
Unfortunately, our overall impression was negative. While the apartments seem to have been very nice and well equipped in the past, we had to spend a lot of time communicating with support because many of the lights and lamps in our apartment were not working. As a result, the apartment felt quite dark and uncomfortable.
We also had a completely blocked sink, with water not draining at all. This was fixed after one day, but we had to live with the issue for a full day and spend our time communicating about it. This is something that could have been taken care of before our arrival if proper checks had been done.
In addition, the internet connection in the apartment was quite weak, so we were unable to use streaming services.
